What we can help with

• A verification or recovery code that did not arrive.
• Removing a phone number or email address from an account, or stopping text messages.
• Deleting an account.
• A question about this privacy policy or these SMS terms.
• Reporting abuse.

What we cannot help with

• Reading, recovering or resending your messages. They are end-to-end encrypted; we do not hold the keys and we cannot decrypt them. This is not a policy we could make an exception to — the ability is not there.
• Getting you into an account when you have lost both your passcode and your recovery code, and have no verified identifier. Nothing we hold can substitute for them.
• Telling you whether a particular phone number has a Qorchat account. We answer that question the same way for everyone, which is not to answer it.
